Always active — the site does not work without them.
- WooCommerce (session, cart and cart items): keep your purchase working.
- wordpress_logged_in: identifies authenticated users (admin area).
- opanije_consent: our own first-party cookie recording your consent choice (accept/decline analytics), with a timestamp. Lifetime: 1 year.
- opanije_lang / opanije_route: remember your language / suggested-route preference.
2. Analytics cookies (with consent)
Loaded only after you accept. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. If you decline, these cookies are not set.
3. Third-party cookies
- Hotjar and Intercom (experience and support): loaded only with your consent.
- Calendly: when you open the consultation scheduler.
- Stripe / PayPal: during checkout, to process your purchase securely.
- Cloudflare: technical security and performance cookies.
4. Managing your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. To change your choice later, delete the opanije_consent cookie in your browser settings — the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser; this may affect parts of the site.
