These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website opanije.com and its online store (together, the "Site"), operated by Opanijé from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Opanijé is a Bahian percussion school and cultural project based in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we offer
- Free online course: our percussion course is provided free of charge; access is delivered by email after you sign up.
- In-person classes: we run in-person percussion and dance classes in Salvador. Availability, scheduling and pricing are arranged on request via WhatsApp or email.
- Cultural immersion in Bahia: our Bahia immersion is sold through our online store; prices, inclusions and available dates are shown at the point of purchase.
- Consultations and bookings: free consultations and calls can be scheduled through our booking link or arranged over WhatsApp.
3. Orders, payments and pricing
Purchases made through our store are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. Prices, product descriptions and any applicable terms are those presented to you at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms presented at checkout for the relevant order. We may correct errors and update prices and offerings at any time before you place an order.
4. Communications and personal data
When you sign up for the course, contact us, or buy from the store, we handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Email is sent only for the purpose you agreed to; you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, video, audio, course materials, and the Opanijé name and marks — is owned by Opanijé or its contributors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce it for other purposes without our written permission.
6. Content you submit
If you send us a message, testimonial, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you grant us permission to use it as described where you submitted it (for example, a testimonial you consent to have shown on the Site). We review submissions before publishing and publish nothing automatically.
7. Acceptable use
Please use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the Site, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

The Site relies on third-party services — including Stripe and PayPal (payments), our scheduling and messaging tools, and analytics loaded only with your consent. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
